WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- In Wake County a special education teacher has been arrested and charged with assaulting a student with a disability.
According to the arrest record obtained by ABC11, 56-year-old Jodi Catt, a teacher at Rolesville High School, is accused of kicking a student while the student was sitting on the floor.
She was arrested on Monday and charged with misdemeanor assault.
Catt has been suspended from Rolesville High school as the investigation continues.
