The ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ winner recently appeared in season three of ‘The Traitors,’ which notably just won five Emmys.

Bob the Drag Queen is heading to Broadway, baby!
The RuPaul’s Drag Race season eight winner is set to make his Broadway debut as Harold Zidler in Moulin Rouge! The Musical, producers from the show announced on Friday. Bob will join the cast of Moulin Rouge! on Jan. 27, 2026, where he will begin an eight-week limited engagement through March 22, 2026, at Broadway’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
Bob is no stranger to the spotlight and recently appeared on the third season of the Emmy Award-winning series The Traitors. After competing on the reality competition program, the drag artist released his debut novel, Harriet Tubman: Live In Concert, which became a New York Times Best-Seller.

“Being on Broadway has always been a dream of mine,” Bob said in a statement. “I moved to NYC almost 17 years ago to pursue it. Some roads take a while.”
After winning the eighth season of the RuPaul-led drag competition in 2016, Bob’s stardom has continued to rise. He previously co-hosted HBO’s We’re Here in its first three seasons, and currently co-hosts the Sibling Rivalry podcast, where he and fellow Drag Race alumni Monét X Change recap the drag show and entice listeners with their dynamic friendship.
Before embarking on The Traitors, Bob toured the world alongside Madonna on her Celebration Tour, and has continued to travel around the globe solo performing his own comedy tours.
Wayne Brady is currently performing in the role of Dizler in Moulin Rouge! through Nov. 9, and will be preceded by Robert Petkoff on Nov. 11 until Jan. 25, just in time for Bob’s arrival.
